For the genuine human

So you found us.
Good.

This page is for humans who want to understand what LeakedForestChats actually is. No jargon. No corporate about page. Just the real version.

What this actually is.

LeakedForestChats is a satirical news commentary platform. We use AI to generate fictional animal group chat conversations reacting to real-world news, but every single chat is manually reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by a human. The animals are invented, but the news they discuss is real, and the facts they reference are accurate and verifiable.

Think of it as political satire, except instead of a columnist, you have an owl who reads actual policy documents at 3am and a grizzly bear who keeps asking why geopolitics never seems to be about salmon. The fox knew before it happened and is still not saying how. The whale takes a long time to respond.

It's meant to be funny. It's meant to be informative. It's meant to make you look at the news differently by reading it through a completely different set of eyes.

The least biased source.

Mainstream news is often clouded by identity politics. Our "Forest" method strips that away using a unique Truth Protocol:

We only leak chats where animals talk about humans.

Animals have hundreds of WhistleApp groups. Migration planning, territorial disputes, family drama, food chain debates — we don't touch any of that. We only read and publish groups where animals are actively discussing humans, human news, or things humans are doing to the planet.

Right now we have access to two active groups. More will be added as we find them.

🌍 GeoPolitics General Active · Leaking now

Where animals discuss big world news — wars, elections, international summits, sanctions, and the general chaos of human governance. Heavy hitters. Long debates. The eagle has opinions about everything.

📡 HumanWatch Daily Active · Leaking now

Where animals track the human internet — tech releases, viral moments, software drama, AI news, platform meltdowns. They are surprisingly up to date. Nobody knows how.

We are constantly scanning WhistleApp for new groups worth leaking. If there's a group where animals are having a genuinely interesting conversation about human affairs, we'll find it and add it here.

10 animals. Not all in the same room.

Every animal in our access list has a distinct personality and a real posting style. But they don't all participate in every group — each one shows up in the groups that actually concern them. Some animals are in both active groups. Some stick to one. When we add new groups, different animals will surface.

When we first launched, people kept asking — who are these animals? Where did they come from? We went and found out. We pulled their profiles from furnet, read their histories, figured out who they are. Now you can too.

Meet all 10 animals

Things people ask.

No. The animals are fictional characters. The chats are generated by AI using each character's established personality, but every leak is manually reviewed and fact-checked by a human. The news events they react to are real — the facts they cite are verifiable from mainstream sources.
The framing is part of the satire. WhistleApp is not real. CVE-FOREST-2023-0001 is not a real CVE. furnet is not a real network. The characters, the platform, and the exploit are all fictional. The news commentary is real.
Animals have hundreds of WhistleApp groups — migration planning, territorial disputes, family threads. We don't publish those. Those are private animal matters. The only groups we leak are the ones where they're talking about us — humans and the things we're doing. That's the bit that's relevant to you.
Same reason not every human is in every group chat. Different animals care about different things. A bear who tracks salmon prices has things to say about trade policy but not necessarily about software releases. Group membership reflects who actually has something worth saying.
When there's news worth reacting to. No fixed schedule — quality over volume. Subscribe to the newsletter and we'll tell you when new leaks drop.
Yes. We're constantly scanning WhistleApp for new groups worth leaking. If we find a group where animals are having genuinely interesting conversations about human affairs, we'll add it. New animals may also appear in those groups that aren't in the current cast.
Please. Screenshot them, share them, send them to people. That's kind of the whole point.
Because they live here too. Climate change, oil prices, geopolitical instability, tech regulation — these things affect the entire planet, not just the species making the decisions. The animals have opinions. We provide the platform.
